Welcome to the Office of Instructional Program! Through this and the Offices of Data Analysis (Linda Paulus, Director) and Student Services (Dr. Justin Gates, Director), we support and facilitate all things involving curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

Karen Rumley is the Director of Instructional Program with the Kent City Schools where she coordinates curriculum initiatives and provides professional development to support student learning across the district. She also serves as the testing coordinator, federal grants coordinator, and the coordinator of gifted services. She has presented at  state and national conferences and is a past president of the Ohio Association for Gifted Children.
