Facility Use and Rental Information

Kent City Schools is pleased to offer our facilities for community use/rental. These facilities include the school buildings and fields, and are available for events, meetings, and activities for local groups, organizations, and businesses. Please click the links below for information and to schedule an event in our facilities.

REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EVENT. 
(Requests made later than two weeks may not be considered.)

FEES: Rentals are subject to the rental fee schedule, and events and activities scheduled for the school and District activities take precedence.

  1. Complete this form to request the use of our facilities
    • One building request per form
    • If your event encompasses more than one date such as a series of practices, please note the days and times is the “comments” section of the form. You may also email a schedule to business@kentschools.net and make a note that you have done so in the “comments” section.
  2. As your request flows through the approval process, you will receive email notifications.
  3. Once you receive the final approval, you will receive an email with the contract and an estimated cost. 
  4. Your signature will indicate acceptance of the terms and associated costs (see fee schedule). 
  5. For the use of the high school and middle school, a Facilities Use Form must accompany the signed agreement.
  6. A deposit may be required prior to the event. Please refer to the FAQ section regarding payment.
  7. After the event, an invoice for the remaining balance will be mailed to the address on the contract. Excessive cleaning required after the event and/or damage to the facilities may result in additional charges owed and will be so indicated on the invoice.
