Are you still enrolling your student?
 

• If NOT, please let us know at enroll@kentschools.net or 330-676-7675.
• If you ARE still enrolling your student, please read below for the steps required to complete your student’s enrollment.
   

You can submit the documents one of several ways: 

-upload pictures into Final Forms - file folder icon to the far right of the student's name when you log in

-drop off copies at the Board of Education - 321 N. Depeyster St, Kent

-email pictures to enroll@kentschools.net

If you have not already, please use this link to schedule an appointment either over the phone or in-person.

Required items: 

• Parent/guardian(s) government issued picture identification
• Proof of Residency – Must provide TWO of the following documents only with parent/guardian(s) name(s) 
  • Drivers License or State ID card
  • Closing documentation or Lease
  • Current utility bill or confirmation of service notice - gas, water, electric only
  • Paystub (make sure it has your current address), NO tax papers or W2's
  • Public assistance letter, if applicable
  • Voter registration card
• An authentic health department copy of the child’s Birth Certificate – (hospital birth record not accepted) or Passport
• Child’s Immunization Records 
• The student's most recent transcript or report card
• Custody or Guardianship papers, if applicable. We cannot accept handwritten notes, nor can we accept notarized papers. It must be time-stamped or sealed by the Court.  
• Copy of I.E.P. or 504 Plan, if applicable

Kindergarten - the physical and oral assessments may be turned in at a later time, but as close as possible to the start of school.
