Dodgeball sign-ups for Winter Rumble are available in the Activities Office or in room 172 (Mrs. Larkin’s)! There are six people on each team. It is $12 per team or $2 per person! Each person can be on both on a gendered team and/or a co-ed team! People on the same team must be in the same grade as this is a class competition, where each class wins a category by beating all other teams that are in the specific event. This event will be held on Monday, January 27th! Sign up to play by Thursday, January 23rd!

Hey, JUNIORS!! Each year, Theodore Roosevelt HS staff members nominate junior students to be considered as student delegates at the Buckeye Boys and Girls State Conferences. Teachers are currently nominating junior students now through Friday, January 17. If you are interested and/or want to know more, talk to any social studies teacher, Mrs. Jurging, or one of last year’s representatives: Theo Bednar, Jackson Puhalla, Maddy Booher, Virginia Catalucci, Abby Gold, Avery Gates, or Brooklynn Wade. The Kent American Legion will interview our top nominees and select their scholarship recipients to represent our area at the Buckeye State Government Seminars. More info will be posted in your Google Classroom and on the cafeteria media screen.

Faculty Friday: Mrs. DuBois!- Mrs. DuBois is always looking out for the best situations for her students and all students she interacts with. She is the founder of the new Lunch Bunch that meet monthly in the Rough Rider Conference room during lunches. The students have enjoyed and made great connections with each other. Mrs. DuBois is an amazing co-worker and teacher! We are SO lucky to have her at TRHS!
