It’s time to CAN it and donate!! Bring in your canned and non-perishable items!! Kent Social Services has requested that Roosevelt focus on canned fruits and vegetables. Any donated items should go to the following places:
FRESHMEN should take their cans to Mr. Wilson in room 206, Mr. Bish in 162, or Mr. Markulis in 131
SOPHOMORES should bring cans to Mrs. Makan in room 221, Ms. Ferrando in 208, or Mrs. White in 117.
JUNIORS bring their donations to Mrs. Puhalla in room 127, Mrs. Frank in 207, or Mr. Langjahr in 151.
SENIORS can bring their donations to Mrs. Golden in 118, Ms. Swango in room 209, or Mr. Adair in room 223.

Are you looking for some holiday shopping or time with friends? Come to the TRHS Craft Show & Rummage Sale THIS SATURDAY from 9-3. Cosmetology & DECA will be hosting many talented craft vendors and nail services, HCT will be selling concessions, and the Leadership Retreat will be having a rummage sale in the library. Patrons can also bring canned donations to help kick off the annual canned food drive. See you there!!

If you are a junior or senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, you are eligible to apply for membership in the National Honor Society. If you would like to apply, and have not already picked up an application, see Dr. Roebke in the band room before or after school. The deadline to submit applications and recommendations is extended to Thursday, November 6.

The PBIS Committee is kicking off a fun competition for the last week of the quarter — October 14th through 17th! “Dough Not Be Late — Earn Pizza and Donuts!” 🍕 Here’s how it works: For each class period with 100% on-time attendance, your teacher can submit a ticket for your class to win PIZZA or DONUTS! Teachers will turn in the tickets to the office at the end of each day. The tasty prizes will be delivered the week of October 22nd!
