Student Guest Forms for Homecoming are now available in the Activities Office. A student is permitted ONE GUEST or DATE (also known as your +1) for the dance. If that guest/date is NOT a Roosevelt or CTE student, then you must complete the form prior to purchasing tickets. The form should not be used to invite additional friends from another school or graduates if you are already going to the dance with a Roosevelt student as a date (your +1). If the student is not a Roosevelt or CTE student, you must purchase the ticket for yourself and your student guest at the same time, as a pair of tickets. Likewise you must arrive to the dance together for check in.
Join us for auditions tomorrow after school for the fall play The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time! 15-year-old Christopher has an extraordinary brain: He is exceptional at mathematics but ill-equipped to interpret everyday life. He has never ventured alone beyond the end of his road, he detests being touched, and he distrusts strangers. Now it is 7 minutes after midnight, and Christopher stands beside his neighbor’s dead dog, Wellington, who has been speared with a garden fork. Finding himself under suspicion, Christopher is determined to solve the mystery of who murdered Wellington, and he carefully records each fact of the crime. But his detective work, forbidden by his father, takes him on a thrilling journey that upturns his world.

We would like to welcome all Freshman to Roosevelt, the Class of 2028! Help to make them feel a part of the Rough Rider family as they go through their first week. All Freshmen are invited to the freshman-only tailgate event on TONIGHT, beginning at 5:30 pm. Remember to wear your Freshman shirt to get free admission into the football game.
Pre-sale student tickets for TONIGHT’S football game against Ravenna will be on sale today during lunch periods and after school until 2:45 pm in the Athletics and Activities Office, Room 106. Get your tickets early to save money and avoid waiting in line. Presale prices are $4.00 for students and $8.00 for adults All tickets will be $8.00 at the gate on Friday!

Attention Riders! In your class Google Classroom will be a student PBIS survey. The first ten students in each grade to fill out will win a prize! If you aren’t one of the first ten…don’t worry! Your name will still be entered in a raffle to win another prize. Once again, that form is in your graduating class Google Classroom and is due May 14!
Are you looking for a job this summer? Maintenance is looking for reliable students to help them with summer cleaning and they need all of the help they can get! The hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm with a 1/2 hour lunch, however maintenance is willing to adjust hours if students do not want the full day. They pay $13 per hour and it will start May 27th.
