Teens not feeling confident to talk when they feel endangered by the driver is a serious problem. What would you do? Would you speak out? Don’t joke about, avoid, or neglect this conversation--it may save lives. Homecoming 2021, arrive alive and have big fun!

Here at Roosevelt, we promote and practice “The Rough Rider Way” which has two letter “R’s” in it. One “R” stands for RESPECT and the other “R” stands for RESPONSIBILITY. Did you know that teenagers are 2.5 times more likely to show risky behavior in traffic if there is someone else riding with them? Riders, show RESPECT for yourself and be RESPONSIBLE for the people you are driving by not engaging in risky behaviors like: driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, not wearing seatbelts, taking selfies, texting, and using the phone while driving. #arrivealive
