You're about to begin an exciting journey in your Career & Technical Education (CTE) program, and we’re thrilled to have you with us!

📅 Important Start Dates

• Level 1 CTE Students (first-year CTE students): Begin Wednesday, August 20

• Level 2 CTE Students (second-year CTE students): Begin Thursday, August 21 (unless otherwise directed by your program instructor)

📍 Where to Go on Your First Day

When you arrive at Kent Theodore Roosevelt High School:

• Report directly to your program room (see list below)

• Or, if you’re unsure where to go, stop by the CTE Office in Room 171

Your program instructor will provide:

• Your class schedule

• Kent City Schools email/password instructions

• Final Forms instructions

• Parking pass forms (if applicable)

🚍 Transportation Information

Bus Riders: Check with your home school’s Guidance or Transportation Department for pick-up times and locations.

Drivers: Students who drive must complete a Six District Transportation Request Form.  This form will be distributed on your first day of class.  You may also print the form and bring it with you.
Parking is limited—please arrive at least 15 minutes early.  Morning programs begin promptly at 7:30 a.m.; please plan to arrive by 7:25 a.m. to avoid being late.
