Athletic Health Care & Fitness is sponsoring it's annual Sports Physicals fundraiser for student athletes who may be interested in participating in athletics during the upcoming school year. The physicals will be held on Tuesday, May 19, from 6:00–8:00 PM in the high school CTE Wing.
The cost of the physical is $20. Students must complete the information portion of the OHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Form prior to arriving on final forms or on paper (paper forms can also be picked up in the Activities & Athletics Office).
