9 AM at Stanton Middle School
10 AM at Theodore Roosevelt High School
Students 12 years and older and staff are eligible. Please turn in a
completed consent form to the school clinic by Monday, October 11th,
2021. Consent forms are found online and in the school office.
The Akron Children’s Hospital nurses will visit each of the Kent City
School buildings during school hours to administer the vaccines.
If this is your first dose, the nurses will return in 3 weeks to administer the
second dose. If this is your second dose, please bring your CDC
vaccination card to school. We already have your signed consent form.
