The Akron Children's School Health vaccine team will be in the district 11/5 & 11/6. All students in grade K-12 can receive their flu shot. Some students may be eligible to receive additional vaccines this fall, see attached parent letter. If you would like your child to participate, please scan the QR code to register online, select option 4: school health. The parent/consent must also be completed and returned to the school clinic.
