Akron Children's Hospital- School Health Services is working with Stanton Middle School to offer the annual influenza (Flu) vaccine to children at school during the school day on October 11, 2023. Participation is voluntary and offered to all consented students regardless of their insurance coverage. If you want your student to receive the vaccine, please completely fill out the attached consent form and return to Stanton Middle School by 10/06/2023.
