The Akron Children's School Health vaccine team will be in the district November 5th and 6th, 2025 .

All students in grade K-12 can receive their flu shot.

Students over certain ages are eligible to receive additional vaccines this fall.

If you would like your child to participate, please scan the QR code to register online, select option 4: School Health.

This parent & guardian letter/consent form must also be completed and returned to the school clinic.

Please sign up by October 28 to participate. 

Vaccines are covered by most insurances, and no cost for those who are uninsured. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm vaccine administration is a covered service at school.

Step 1: Scan the QR code below or on this flyer, or go to https://mychart.akronchildrens.org/MyChart/openscheduling. Select option 4: School Health

Step 2: Select Kent as the district and then your child's school. The time doesn't matter. The clinic will occur during the school day.

Step 3: Place vaccine in the comments box

Step 4: Select continue with appointment and enter the required information.
