If you would like to enroll your child in the Kent City School District, please schedule an appointment for registration by calling the building secretary. If you are not sure which building your child will attend, you may call the Board office 330.676.7600.

Please Note:

  • All the forms on this page are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. You must have Acrobat to view or
    print these forms.
  • Currently the forms must be printed and filled out by hand (or typewriter.)
  • Many forms require the signature of a parent or guardian and hardcopies MUST be delivered to Kent City Schools. I.E., forms may NOT be submitted over the internet.
