Cavs Fundraiser

Please join us at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 2nd, 2020 for “A Cleveland Cavaliers Group Night Out” fundraiser sponsored by Stanton Middle School PTO and Academy of Life and Learning (ALL) in coordination with the Cleveland Cavaliers. We will be selling tickets to this exciting game, Cavs versus Charlotte Hornets, and will receive an opportunity to generate proceeds to support our school and ALL’s non-profit program through the 50/50 raffle at the game.

We have Upper Level seating available for $20 each and Lower Level seating for $50 each. We are also registering volunteers to help run the 50/50 for the event- ticket purchase is NOT required for volunteers. All volunteers MUST be 18 or older.

We accept Venmo to stantonmiddlepto@gmail.com, checks (made out to Stanton Middle PTO) and credit card payment. A secured invoice will be sent to your provided email if paying by credit card. Please note that a $3 surcharge per ticket will be applied for all credit card transactions. Tickets will only be held with payment. Credit card transactions must be paid within 48 hours to reserve. Seats will be delivered via FlashSeats app in December.

Hour of Code

Kent Girl Coders will be hosting the “Hour of Code” on Saturday, December 14th from 11am-noon in the Stanton Middle School Media Center. We want to get students interested in computer sciences and coding by having them do some introductory programming in a supportive environment. This year’s theme is “Computer Science for Good”, which highlights how we can all use computer science to make a positive impact on our world. Participants need to sign up at kentschools.net/code and may want to bring a pair of headphones, but they’re not required. Click here for more information.
