Rome 2021 – Trip Info

If you are seeing this post, you have heard about our trip and have some interest in joining us!  We are in the process of updating our initial itinerary. With Easter falling so close to when we’ll be in Rome, we are adjusting our itinerary just a bit, which will allow for the best experience – so stay tuned!

Within the next week or so we will be sending out our most up-to-date trip details and begin collecting down payments. In the meantime, if you have any questions please contact either Rob Susel (rsusel@kentschools.net) or John Phillips (jphillips@kentschools.net) and we will get back to you within 24 hours!

Until then, please click this link and complete the form so we can get you the updated information as soon as we finalize some details. We look forward to having you travel with us in 2021.

Rome 2021 – Preliminary Meetings

It’s time! It’s time…. to join a growing list of 400 plus travelers, who have spent a Spring Break in beautiful Italy! 

If you, too, are even mildly interested in traveling to Italy during Spring Break 2021 with Mr. Susel and Mr. Phillips, come to our first informational meeting on Thursday, October 10 at 7:00PM in the RHS Media Center. We’ll hold the same meeting, same time, same place on November 7th, in case you can’t come in October.

We look forward to seeing you at one of our meetings!  Ciao!

Final Rome Meeting – February 28

We will be holding our final meeting on Thursday, February 28, at 7:00 p.m. in RHS Room 224.

For those that did not bring their passport to the last meeting, please bring it that night!

We will have some forms to fill out and work on some rooming scenarios for the students.

Also, James will be there to answer any questions.

January 24, 2019 – Meeting at RHS

As our departure date approaches, we will conduct a mandatory meeting on Thursday, January 24, 2019 in RHS Room 224 at 7:00 p.m.

Please bring a copy of your signed passport as well be be making a copy of them at the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, you are required to arrange a meeting with Mr. Susel or Mr. Phillips ASAP to discuss trip details.
