Attention all seniors – scholarship applications with a March 1 deadline can be turned in until Wednesday, March 3 at 3:00 in the afternoon. Due to our unexpected snow day on Friday, we will be accepting applications until 3:00 on Wednesday.
Attention juniors! Are you interested in attending Buckeye Boys or Girls State this summer? If the answer is yes, please let your teachers know of your interest today! Teacher nomination forms for Buckeye Boys and Girls State have been placed in faculty mailboxes and are due back to the Activities Office by this Friday, March 5. Any juniors with questions about Boys and Girls State are encouraged to talk to any social studies teacher or one of last year’s representatives, including Ryan Beckwith, David Strasshofer, Lori Ahart, Maddy Brady, Jordyn Kovolyan, or Emily Paulus.
Hey all you Parrot Heads out there!! Coming this Friday at lunch time the Rough Riders All Sports Booster will be selling tropical shirts for 10$, blinking parrot earrings for 3$ or beautiful leis for 3$. On Saturday night, March 6, is the big fundraiser Tom Watt as the Buffettman and his Fruitcakes Band & a Parrot Head Contest is open to all who attend with a chance to win some great prizes. So if you are still not sure what to wear, come and check us out.
