2013-2014 Morning Announcer Applications
SIX! Count ‘em . . . 1-2-3-4-5-6! That’s right! It will take at least SIX new P.A. Announcers to fill our shoes for the last two weeks of school and next year. If you would like to be considered to be one of SIX, pick up a P.A. Announcer application in the Activities Office TODAY! Tryouts will be next week!
Bake Sale!!!
Mrs. Harr’s Women’s Lit class will be hosting a bake sale on Tuesday, May 21st. Come down to the concession stand 8th period or after school for some sweet treats! All proceeds go to Townhall II.
Film Society May 21
Film Society is meeting tomorrow in room 143 after school to watch “Searching for Sugarman”, a riveting documentary about a musician finding his true fans. Bring a friend! Refreshments will be provided.
Senior Honors Assembly
The annual Senior Honors Assembly will take place this Friday, May 24. All seniors should report to first period for attendance. Then seniors will be called to the auditorium at approximately 7:35 a.m. Underclass Officers should report to the auditorium at 7:40 a.m. after checking in with their first period teachers. Senior honorees will be seated on stage while the underclass officers and the rest of the senior class will sit in the first six to eight rows of the auditorium. Next, 1st period classes will be called to the auditorium starting at 7:40 a.m., and the program will get underway by 7:50 a.m. The program, including the Senior Slide Show, will last through the end of 3rd period. Programs for all students will be available at the door on Friday. See Heidi Myers if you have any questions regarding the Senior Honors Assembly.
