Congratulations to the boys and girls who stepped it up for the cross country team on Saturday at the Malone Invitational. Rain and mud were the words of the day. Alex O’Daniel, Nate Guinto, and Gordon Stewart took Varsity spots and contributed alongside Andrew Murray, Eric Morrison, Richard Underwood and Holden Goodrich. Front runner Kaylie Murray took 5th out of 81 girls followed by Alex Marsinek, Paige Scott, Emily Gundlach, Shayla Lawson, and Carrie Koogle. Congratulations team!
Attention Seniors! On Friday morning ALL SENIORS ARE TO REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE GYM AT 7:30 A.M. FOR THE CLASS PICTURE. Once students are done with the photo (approx. 20 minutes, so at approx. 7:50), they will be sent to 1st period. Last night the Women’s Varsity Volleyball team defeated Norton to better their record to 11 and 1. Cortnee Bowser had 20 kills and 5 blocks, Emily Slattery recorded 20 digs and 3 aces while Mylane Bella-Smuts and Cat Miller had 24 and 10 assists. Thanks to all the staff who came out for staff appreciation night!
The Women’s Soccer team earned a crucial PTC conference win last night beating Coventry 3-0. Scoring for the Rough Riders were Maya Davis, Keeley Leising, and Haley Stuver. Assists went to Carly Evans and Justina Fortson. The Women’s Soccer team’s next game is tomorrow at Kenston.

The Girls Golf Team improved their record to 13 and 1 in the league by beating NDCL and losing a close match to Kenston. Leading the Lady Riders was Kasey Nielsen who shot an even par 36. Kelly Nielsen shot 40, Kory Nielsen 43 and Jocelyn Kohl 52. The girls play in their league tournament on Wednesday. Good Luck!
Attention student drivers! If you still do not have your parking permits buy one and display it ASAP. We will begin booting cars that do not have a permit tomorrow, September 18th.

Class ring orders will be taken and a ring service call will be made on Wednesday, September 18th from 6:30-8:00 at Open House and again on Thursday, September 19th during lunch in the concession stand. A deposit is required with your order-$100.00 for 10 karat gold rings and $70.00 for all others. Extra order packets are available in the Activities Office.

Holden Goodrich, Naomi Wang, and Alex Marsinek ran person bests for the year while Tyler Lovelace, Sarah Ludwig, Eric Morrison, Pallav Kumar and Ester Wang ran all time bests. Kaylie Murray was on fire with an incredible 5th place finish! Way to go Riders!!
