Project Unity Fashion/Talent Show

Come mix it up at Project Unity’s Fashion/Talent Show this Friday, 11/13 in the cafeteria at 7:00 p.m.  Come see your friends dance, sing and much more.  Tickets will be on sale during lunch the rest of the week and at the door.  Anyone who signed up for the show needs to attend the dress rehearsal after school tomorrow, 11/12 in the cafeteria.  Please bring your outfits and music!

Bowling Team Tryouts Begin!

Final Open Bowling is this Wednesday from 3:30-5 at Kent Lanes.  Bowling Team tryouts begin Friday the 13th and Monday and Tuesday of next week from 3:30-5 at Kent Lanes.  There are openings on the roster for the boys and girls teams.  Anyone interested in an awesome winter sport are encouraged to come out for the team.  Tryouts start this Friday and all required forms must be completed to try out are available in the Athletic Office or Athletic Health Care room 137.  Go Roosevelt Bowling!

Special Olympic Team

The Special Olympic Team competed Saturday at Wooster High School to qualify for the state meet in Columbus.  The following athletes qualified-Laura Smith, Andrew Sickle, Nick Menasian and Madison Morsefield.  Congratulations and good luck at the state meet on Dec. 20th.  Volunteers are needed for the annual swim clinic on Dec. 4th at Roosevlet.  See Mrs. Ferlito for volunteer applications.  Every volunteer receives a t-shits and joins in the pizza party following the event.

Freshman Election Results

The results of the Freshman Election are in! Student Council would like to congratulate all who participated in this year’s election. Your hard work and enthusiasm were amazing throughout this entire process. And now for the results:

Remember that it is never too late to get involved. We welcome everyone to attend Tuesday STUCO meetings in room 201!
