Women in STEM Workshop at Youngstown State

The 19th annual Edward Powers Women in STEM Career Workshop will be held at Youngstown State University on Saturday, March 5.  For young women in grades 6 – 12, it will address questions students and allow them to meet women working in science, math, engineering or health related professions.

There will also be a lecture by Dr. Rachel Abrahams, Air Force Research Laboratory on Friday March 4, at 4:30 pm.

College Credit Plus Mandatory Meeting

The College Credit Plus Program allows Ohio students to earn college credit and/or high school graduation credit through the successful completion of college courses.  The CCP Program is open to 7th through 12th grade students enrolled in public schools.

To participate in this program, you must attend this informational meeting at 7:00 pm on February 17 in the Roosevelt auditorium.  Parents and students will receive information and an Intent to Participate form at that time.
