NHS students provide tutoring to other students who may need additional help in a class. Tutoring is provided before, during, or after the school day, depending on availability.
Peer tutors will NOT complete homework for a student, but help a student understand concepts or assist in explaining coursework. Tutoring can be short or long term as needed.
To get a tutor, students should either talk to their teacher, the guidance counselors, or a principal. Any staff member can make a student referral.
Students who have been referred or would like to get help on their own, please complete the student information form.
