Unit 3: Atoms, Ionics, and Moleculars

Hi Again,

Unit 3 is the foundation we will build on for the rest of the year. We have talked about atoms and their parts, the periodic table and a lot of nomenclature. Nomenclature is how we name the chemicals we will be using for the rest of the year and how we make figure out chemical formulas from their names.  We need to make sure we are very proficient at this stuff as it will affect every thing else we do from now on. To help you on your way I have some things that might help:
