AP Physics 2: Mon. 3/18 – Fri. 3/22

Welcome to 4th Quarter! We’re a little behind where I’d hoped we’d be at this time, but we only have one topic left, and we’ll still have plenty of time to study for the AP exam in class once we come back from Spring Break. Here are your assignments for Monday, March 18th through Friday, March 22nd:

  • Tue. 3/19
    • review HW (Ch. 10 Questions #1-9; #10-16; and #17-24)
    • HW: make sure you have the Ch. 10 Problems done
  • Wed. 3/20
    • Lab #4-1: Density & Pressure
    • HW: Lab #4-1: Density & Pressure (due Fri. 3/22)
  • Thu. 3/21
    • review HW (Ch. 10 Problems #1-4, 7-20; and #22-31)
    • HW: do p. 282 Problems #35-46
  • Fri. 3/22
    • TBD
    • DUE: Lab #4-1: Density & Pressure (before you leave for Spring Break!)

After Spring Break, we’ll do Bernoulli’s equation problems on Monday and Tuesday, quiz on Wednesday, review on Thursday and take the make-up quiz on Friday to wrap up the class topics for the school year. Once the state testing schedule starts, we’ll have two weeks of shortened periods followed by three weeks of regular class periods before you take the AP Physics 2 exam on Friday, May 10th. That should give you plenty of time to review past exams, identify your weak areas and shore them up as much as possible. I hope you have a great week and a wonderful Spring Break!
