At Stanton Middle School, our sixth, seventh and eighth graders are part of interdisciplinary teams. In addition to core subjects, students enjoy art, music, health, speech, life skills, engineering and science technologies, foreign languages and computers. Our students are engaged in all kinds of clubs, as well as 15 sports, such as boys’ and girls’ golf and lacrosse and girls’ volleyball.

You will like it here. Our schools are friendly places and our teachers really care about their students. We embrace the variety of diverse backgrounds and experiences our students bring to the classroom.
We’re not too big or too small, but just the right size with 3,400 students from Pre-K to 12. Each elementary classroom has only 20 to 25 students, so our youngest students get personal attention and opportunities to explore a diverse curriculum, including STEM.
Roosevelt High School students choose from 14 Advanced Placement courses and more than200 different classes. Recent graduates were offered $9.6 million in scholarships. Wide-ranging art, drama and music options include marching band, orchestra and choral groups. Student athletes can choose from 30 different sports, including golf, lacrosse, soccer, swimming/diving, volleyball, tennis and ice hockey.
