This is my 30th year at Longcoy Elementary School. I am lucky to have the best job in the world – inspiring young children! Kindergarten is such a remarkable year.

My husband, Patrick, and I live in Wadsworth. We have two children. Celeste and her husband live in North Carolina. Two years ago, they blessed us with a darling  grandson, Tysen. Ryan is currently an electrician apprentice in northeast Ohio. Family is very important to us. We love to work in the yard, travel and sky dive. In my spare time, I love to play tennis, read,  bike and attend spinning classes.

I am a proud graduate of Kent State University for both my undergraduate and master’s degrees. It is exciting to work with preservice teachers that are starting careers in Early Childhood. Kindergarten is simply the best!
