Purpose:

To provide students with an opportunity to learn to ski or snowboard, and enjoy an outdoor winter activity. The group program includes lessons for every level of skier/snowboarder.

The club meets on Thursday afternoons during ski season if conditions are favorable. Students have an opportunity to get homework completed at Stanton prior to leaving for the slopes.

Bus transportation to and from Brandywine/Boston Mills is provided as part of the fee paid to participate in the club. Fees for Lift tickets, instruction and equipment rental (if necessary) vary from year to year. The program participates in a group plan, which significantly reduces these costs. In addition, each student receives three free passes to ski at either Boston Mills or Brandywine anytime during that ski season.
