Are you a 6th grader? Do you consider yourself mathematically talented? Are you competitive, yet work well with others? Then you might qualify to participate in the GCCTM 5th and 6th grade math problem-solving tournament February 25th at Stanton. Check with your math teachers, Mr. Pazderak, or Mr. Hawks for details.

Operation Retread is here! Donate your gently worn athletic shoes and cleats from February 13th through the 24th. Here’s what you need to do… Kick off any loose dirt and tie the laces together; place shoes in a plastic bag with your homeroom number written on it; and place the bag in a receptacle outside the Media Center. All shoes will be sent to children in Central America. Winning pods will receive prizes so get your shoes ready to donate.

It’s not too late to order a yearbook. Orders placed before Spring Break will have a discounted price of only $17.00. Order forms are in the Main Office.

Ski and Snowboard Club will meet today after school. This will be our 5th and final trip. Be sure to store your gear behind the art room.

All Lead 7th grade Ambassadors will meet Monday, February 13th during lunch in the back of the Media Center. See Ms. Frey with questions.
