  • Language Arts: Parent Letter Rough Draft due. Return graded work and update grade sheet. Complete revising and editing checklists for Parent Letter Rough Draft. Literary Elements Pre-assessment due tomorrow.

  • Language Arts:    Turn in Literary Elements Pre-assessment. Introduction to Literary Response: Review elements of a short story; identify elements in sample story; read “Dancing for Poppa” on pages 164-166 of text and answer questions in “Think and Respond” box.

Assignment: complete graphic organizer and characterization paragraph based on “Linclon: A Photobiography”. Due next Tuesday.
