On Sunday, October 18th from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., the Foreign Language Clubs will compete in the Third Annual Indoor Soccer Competition at Hudson’s N.C. Soccer Complex.
Cost: $5.00 per player
Transportation: You provide your own transportation.
Equipment: You MUST wear shin-guards. Bring extras, if you have them!
If you’d like to play, fill out a permission slip, have your parents sign it, and bring it to class by Friday, October 16. If you do not have a form with you by Friday, October 16, you won’t be permitted to play.
The first 20 students/language who bring $5.00 and a completed form will be signed-up. (Note: Each language needs a minimum of 12-15 (max. 20) players to enter a team. Languages can combine players, if needed.)

The Boys Soccer team got a big win on Saturday by defeating Lake 2-1. Scoring goals were Andrew Jones and Christopher Moravec. Solid defense game by Wesley Shure and Kyle Long. The Riders take on Coventry at home on Thursday. Go Riders!

Girls Soccer beat Twinsburg last night 1-0. Goals were scored by Annie Kenney and all the Seniors did an amazing job!

Attention: If you are currently participating in the free and reduced lunch program you need to check your status with the cashier. Students that are still on temporary status need to file new paperwork before the deadline on October 15th. REMEMBER, it will take at least 24 hours to update the computers after your new paperwork is approved. New forms are available in the main office. If you do not make the October 15th deadline, be prepared with cash to pay for your lunch.
The Lady Riders Soccer team will be playing Twinsburg tonight, 10/8, at home, and will also be having their senior night. Come out and support the seniors and the soccer team on to a victory!

Varsity Field Hockey took a win over Cleveland Heights yesterday 1-0 with Kassondra Spangler scoring and Cara Schmauch with a shut out. JV tied 1-1 with Brooke Baughman scoring. Way to go Lady Riders!
