The first phase of the Appreciative Inquiry process, which we began at the end of the 2003-2004 school year and carried on into the summer months, while most were away, is now complete. The data from the surveys conducted are now available for your review here, on this website. After sifting through the database and eliminating duplicate entries, we are left with 347 usable student responses and 80 faculty responses for a total of 427 unique sets of data.
     
Though there are many more people in our school population and this was the first time we have attempted a survey of this magnitude, this data set is representative of the powerful voices of care, hope and pride in our hallways and classrooms. We thank you for taking part in either the administration of or response to this survey. With your continued support for projects such as this, we can all take part in illuminating all that is good about Theodore Roosevelt High School while at the same time affecting a positive change to bring other aspects of our school into the same good light.

The data is provided to you in this format (html) to provide the simplest viewing experience for the reviewer. This also guarantees visibility from your home computer as the database itself was only accessible from within the school building. There is no limit to the number of simultaneous connections to this website.
     
If, at any time, you should find data that you wish to share with others, use the copy and paste command. Then create a Microsoft Word document (or any other text editor) and print your findings.
     
Should you wish to search the results, go to the page that displays the responses to the question you wish to search and use the Find command within your browser (usually ctrl-F) and click "Find Next" to see each instance of the word you are searching. This command can then be followed by the copy and paste procedure noted above.
