The Roosevelt Boys Track Team won their final suburban league meet 72-66 against Revere. 1st place finishers included: Anthony Glass 110 Hurdles, Long Jump, 200 meters, Brian Alexander 1600 meters, Mohammad Fouad 300 Hurdles, Tahj Truss Shot Put, Nicholas Rothaermal Discus, Gavyn Rothearmal Pole Vault. The 4×800 team of Alexander, Carlton, Asp, and Gilliland, and the 4×400 team of Alexander, Brady, Carlton, and Gilliland. Way to go Riders!
The Rough Rider Baseball team traveled to Barberton last night and picked up the Suburban League win 8-1. Zac Common picked up the win on the mound and combined with Riley Day and Nate Ritchey to have 6 hits between them. Ritchey and Matt Dile both drove in 3 runs apiece. The boys travel to Copley today at 4:30.
The Rough Rider Boys Track Team placed 4th overall at the Cleveland Heights Relay Meet Friday Night. First place winners included Brian Alexander in the 1600 meter, Anthony Glass 110 hurdles. Runner Up finishers included Ihmid Ahmad in the 3200 meter, Jordan Carlton 1600 meters, 4×800 team of Brian Alexander, Ihmid Ahmad, Jordan Carlton, and Elliot Asp. Go Riders
Boys Tennis defeated Nordonia 5-0 yesterday. Winning their courts were Grant Jones, Erik Martin, Ethan Jenkins, Sam Kirbabas, Patrick Gallagher, Zach Jenkins and Luke Jenkins.
The Rider Baseball team won in dramatic fashion Tuesday night. Down 3-0 to Revere, Zac Common launched his second home run of the season and Riley Day hit a bases loaded walk off double to win it in the bottom of the seventh. Zane Cramer improved to a 4 and 0 on the season throwing a complete game. The boys improve to 12 and 2 overall and 7 and 2 in the Suburban.
The Rider Baseball team traveled to Tallmadge and came away with a 13-2 victory collecting 13 hits. Riley Day led the offense with 3 hits, Nate Ritchey and Lucius Ivory both had 2 hits. Zac Common struck out 9 in 5 innings for his 4th win and Zach Holman threw two scoreless innings in relief. The boys move to 10 and 3 overall and 6 and 2 in the Suburban American. They will host league rival Revere tonight at Roosevelt Park at 4:30.

The Baseball team knocked off league rival Copley Wednesday behind a complete game by Zac Common. The offense was a balanced attack with 9 Riders driving in runs. Common had 2 hits and Dabrowski had s RBI’s in the 11-1 win. The boys travel to Aurora today for a 4:30 start.

The Rider Baseball team beat Highland last night 9-5 behind another complete game victory by Zane Cramer. Riley Day was 3 for 3 and Zac Common provided a 3 run homerun in the 5th inning to secure the victory. The boys will host Copley today at Roosevelt Park at 4:3. JV wins 6-5.
All members of the Suburban League Leadership Team should see MR. Pfaff by the end of this week pertaining to volunteering at the Special Olympics on May 4th.
