The lady bowlers beat Wadsworth yesterday 2,060 to 1,897. Emily Byles started off the night with a 172 game and followed that up with a 288 in her second game for a 460 series. Emily strung together 10 strikes in a row until her second ball in the 10th frame left a 10 pin standing. The rest of the Riders posted scores of: Braydn Harris: 161 and 130, Anna Larison: 111 and 138, Barbara Hickin: 157 and 142, Laurie Farley: 115 and 167. Emily Klassa and Lexi Coleman also helped in the baker format as the ladies posted games of 181, 139, and 159 for an average of 160 pins per game. The ladies will be in action again this Saturday as they travel to Spin Bowls in Kent/ Ravenna to compete in the Rootstown Preview at 12:30 PM.
