- 1. To foster a cohesive relationship among all stakeholders of the Davey Elementary School learning community.
- 2. To promote the welfare of children in home, school and community.
- 3. To undertake endeavors that support quality of education so that each child achieves academic success.
- 4. To support other organizations in endeavors that are beneficial to educational quality in the city, state and nation.
