Students Progress

Students are taking their final test over the material in the text book 9/28/11. As a class

we will continue to work on improving our math skills but we will be starting to look at

working on group projects and using one of the many tools we have in our class room,

MasterCam. To the parents: all of the  students know they can retest to improve their

grade but so far no one has elected to take advantage of this opporitunity.  I encourage

parents to talk to the sons or daughters about retesting.

In other news, the class may have an opportunity to purchase a 3D prototype printer

to add to the many new experiences offered to Kent and  the compact students.

 

Weekly highlights for CAD/CAM

Students in the CAD/CAM manufacturing,when not involved in the daily math exercises,

have been using the new computers and the latest additions of MasterCam and Autocad.

Within the next few weeks students will be starting their first projects. Parents, help your

son or daughter with an idea for their first project, get creative.
