Ms. Consilio's Blog

This is my sixth year teaching students English at Roosevelt. I have taught CP 10, CP 11, Comp 11 and Advanced 11. This year I will be teaching career technical English for CPTP I and II, HCT I and II and Urban Forestry I and II. I am looking forward to learning new things from great programs. At Roosevelt I am also the freshman class advisor and the JV girl’s basketball coach. In my free time I like to read, shop, watch and play sports as well as Crossfit at The Barn. I am currently reading Hemingway’s short stories as well as a family biography about the Kennedys. My favorite teams are the Browns, the Cavs, the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Akron Zips. I received my undergraduate degree from The University of Akron in Integrated Language Arts and my Master’s Degree from Kent State University in Curriculum and Instruction.
