New Recycling Bin!

Holden will now be able to do their part to help save resources!!!  A new bin from River Valley Paper will be located in the extra parking area off of Franklin Ave.  You can use resources wisely and the school will earn profit.  All families are welcome to contribute accepted items.

Accepted Items for the Recycling Program

  • Office and School Paper
  • Magazines
  • Brown Paper Bags
  • Catalogs
  • Mail
  • Cardboard
  • Hard and Soft Cover Books
  • Shredded Office and School Paper in Plastic Bags

Items which are NOT Accepted for the Recycling Program

  • Plastic — Bottles, Bags
  • Glass
  • Metal
  • Trash
  • Aluminum
  • Styrofoam

Campbell’s Labels For Education 
Caprisun – Save your empty pouches!  A collection box will be coming soon.
Acme Grocery Store Receipts - Save your receipts from Sunday Sept 27, 2009 thru Saturday, February 20, 2010.  We need to collect $1500.00 in receipts to receive any rewards.  Only receipts dated within this time frame will be accepted.
Giant Eagle – Apples For Students.  The program begins on October 1, 2009.
